Ive been here just over 2 years. I started with ZERO training or direction, no aligned mentors, 1:1s were few and far between, etc. In that time I have had 3 different direct managers, 3 different VP or C level changes in my department, an inbounding/outbound strategy and expectation that has changed each time. My overall experience so far has been faultless. At SingleStore you have the capabilities to go way above your targeted earnings as an SDR.
