My overall experience so far has been faultless. At SingleStore you have the capabilities to go way above your targeted earnings as an SDR. There is an excellent amount of inbound leads and the new Sales leaders (been in seat for 1 year or so now) are formidable. When it comes to developing individuals into effective sellers and then promoting them when the time is right, there are none better. Would highly recommend. Q4 end is approaching and I've earned over 100k gbp this year as an SDR.
