Poor management. Country sales manager is merely a drill sergeant from the higher management with brief leadership experience tenure. Little to no direction on product GTM.

It feels like 3 years of a social experiment on how far you can push reps before they break. 3 years, 4 different sales VP's, 5 mass layoffs, and almost no new logos for the entire enterprise team.
