Ive been here just over 2 years. I started with ZERO training or direction, no aligned mentors, 1:1s were few and far between, etc. In that time I have had 3 different direct managers, 3 different VP or C level changes in my department, an inbounding/outbound strategy and expectation that has changed each time. Distribution of opportunities are orders of magnitude different for each rep. The positives, its a great product, great product-market fit and is loved by its users. Overall great product but horrible culture and leadership.. pick your poison.

Good product in a busy market. Senior leadership is always pointing fingers. A lot of Turnover.

I had a good initial experience at SingleStore, but as the teams struggled to hit their overall numbers leadership started to be too reactive too quickly.
