Lots of changes. Very PG heavy. Quotas can be achievable with a bit of right place, right time. New sales leadership does not seem to understand the intricacies of selling into development. Cannot rely on install base to get you there in enterprise. Must find 3-4 new logos to have a shot at achieving quota.

Competition is getting stronger and our pricing is confusing. We also don’t have strong products to upsell after the initial sell.

- Product market fit is just not here in the UK (and US most likely). Companies do not have budget for these tools - Culture extremely poor. Sales reps get blamed for terrible pipeline built but its more related to product than reps (some of whom are very high quality).
