- Culture extremely poor. Sales reps get blamed for terrible pipeline built but its more related to product than reps (some of whom are very high quality). For context, no enterprise sales rep has hit target in EMEA for 4 years
- Culture filters down from CRO. He was company's second choice CRO and I think he lacks experience. He has also been given a short time to make things work...so he has to make radical changes. Mindset it far too short term. I do feel for the CRO in some ways. He continues to talk about IPO to keep the business excited but he must know that the business is not and will not be fit for an IPO at any time. Sadly, the company has more chance of going bust.
