My overall experience has been great when it comes to flexibility, culture and work/life balance. It really is a wonderful company to work with. My only disappointment is with the pay. Base pay for SMB is 52k and they said OTE woule be 75k. They changed commission and bonus goals so now we barely hit targets and typically checks are base only. If you're ok with that then go for it but I was aiming for higher commission/bonus to put me near 75k. The base is not competitive to like industries.

The 7 years I was there was great! Just needed a change of pace after the acquisition. I still heavily recommend people to them.
