The company had a strong product and potential to be great. Management got in its own way with extreme micromanaging in the SMB space. Any concern or frustration that comes up is not handled by managers but rather immediately escalated to the SVP. Toxic work environment.

Great company culture led by strong leadership team. The training / onboarding process is excellent and management is always looking to help reps get to quota+. The benefits were good but the base salary should be improved.

Heart is there and they have a good product, but honestly their GTM strategy as it relates to the sales team is inefficient and frustrating. Do not prioritize high-quality lead sourcing or cleaning and managing their data which leads to an outsized amount of time spent on admin and cleaning leads.
