My overall experience with KnowBe4 was amazing. Loved the people I worked with, immediate supervisors and support staff were top notch. Things changed a bit when company was taken private. Benefits were cut and the energy changed. They are still going through some changes, and I know they will figure it out. Nothing but the best wishes for them all.

Sometimes it felt like inbound lead quality was all over the place. Some actual “contact us” leads and some white paper leads people don’t even remember submitting.
