They recently changed their GTM strategy which negatively effected quota attainment. Whereas SMB AE quota attainment prior was around 60%+, it is now consistently below 20%, more like 15%. This is a result of tripling quota over night without making any other adjustments to lead flow or rep opportunities.

Great product that is in demand. Unfortunately that's your only tool in a Sales role at this company. No leads, no tools, and no support from the company to enable you to sell. The company will continue to only support their Enterprise team, meanwhile SMB and other teams get totally neglected.
