The mid market team here is in shambles. It’s a small group and over half of them have quit since April 2024. Nobody is hitting quota, and the top MM rep for 2024 just quit. Our VP got promoted last year after our longtime SVP was unceremoniously kicked to the curb, and they never replaced him, it is apparent that the leadership has given up on mid market.
