Vista acquisition and change in leadership has created a hostile and toxic work environment. Forced RTO, extremely low base and OTE for what’s expected. Their new comp plan is unbelievably confusing, which seems to be by design. Numbers are not adding up to what they’re telling us. Everyone is burnt out. Tenured reps are leaving. There’s also a huge scientology presence.

My overall experience has been great when it comes to flexibility, culture and work/life balance. It really is a wonderful company to work with. My only disappointment is with the pay. Base pay for SMB is 52k and they said OTE woule be 75k. They changed commission and bonus goals so now we barely hit targets and typically checks are base only. If you're ok with that...Read More

Decent experience thus far, a lot of changes but most of all a fair amount of misdirection. Sales leadership increasing quota w/o the amount of leads to go around. Same reps keep on getting lucky with the marketing round robin while everyone else struggles.
