My overall experience has been great so far. I was the #1 AE in 2022, promoted to Director, & then I was the #1 Director in 2023. I’ve just received another promotion to MM Director with a substantial pay increase that goes into effect in April. Overall, very happy with my pay & growth!

They have recently changed comps for all sales. While lowering overall earning potential, they also cut off sections of the sales (I.e. upsell/cross sell) and changed market definitions to make them smaller.
