Great product, GTM reorg was not handled well and compensation plans are wonky because of it. Everyone is well below their projected targets and morale has suffered.

KB4 used to take care of its employees but that is now a thing of the past. There was a compensation restructure in April that was supposed to make the pay more competitive with other companies but it did the complete opposite. Now 20% of reps hit quota, they keep increasing quota, and while increasing quota, lowering the percentage we make per deal. All for a 10k...Read More

My overall experience was good. Provided a different structure in sales than what I was used to. Leadership was overall pretty good and culture was also impressive.
