The base compensation is below market standards, yet the expectations for deliverables are extremely high. I remained committed to the role because I fostered a strong culture within the already great environment of the company, which became central to our mission and vision for growing the SDR team. As a servant leader, my focus was more on the cause than on my own compensation, even as I continued to develop my skills.

Heart is there and they have a good product, but honestly their GTM strategy as it relates to the sales team is inefficient and frustrating. Do not prioritize high-quality lead sourcing or cleaning and managing their data which leads to an outsized amount of time spent on admin and cleaning leads.
