Current Employee2.6Jan 5, 2024Product is very good but company has been trending down since going public. Was bought out by Vista and have been told “changes are coming!” like higher base salaries and re-stratifying the sales teams. Time will tell if these changes improve the org and overall morale

Current Employee2.0Aug 31, 2024They recently changed their GTM strategy which negatively effected quota attainment. Whereas SMB AE quota attainment prior was around 60%+, it is now consistently below 20%, more like 15%. This is a result of tripling quota over night without making any other adjustments to lead flow or rep opportunities.
