Informatica favors the Renewals org up their the E-suite leader and has created a revenue model centered on renewals and gouging its customer base through egregious renewal policies. Sales is put in a position of increased friction with both the Renewals team as well as Customers due to a lack of investment & innovation in product, and uncompetitive pricing & contract structures.
