Informatica does not value the Sales Organization from the CRO down to IC's. Informatica favors the Renewals org up their the E-suite leader and has created a revenue model centered on renewals and gouging its customer base through egregious renewal policies. Sales is put in a position of increased friction with both the Renewals team as well as Customers due to a lack of investment & innovation in product, and uncompetitive pricing & contract structures.

Current presales leadership is the worst it's ever been there. They brought in an external person who knows nothing about the data management market & she has no vision or leadership skills. Her vision is to rename job titles, rename the demo system and move it to a new pod, and lay off most of the highly experienced, successful people. Morale is terrible there. Many...Read More
