Good brand, good cloud platform, complex contracting model, experienced and credible technical data expert team. Poor sales leadership outside US, purely transactional discussion, no involvement in plans, territory landscape or strategy. Also need to re-frame brand from traditional pure integration perception.

Terrible culture, especially in Canada. Weak at Data Governance, Integration is commoditized and thrown in for free from the hyperscalers.
