Former Employee4.6Nov 9, 2023When it was good it was good when it was bad it usually was because new upper management had a "Plan" sometimes that worked sometimes that weeded good folks out. Overall, Leaders in the space not always accessible to those in the trenches unless you got 7 figure deals.

There were a lot of people that had been there for years and were largely 2nd/3rd tier quality people or those who had been in the role for years. The energy in the company was dead and the levels of bureaucracy/numbers of adjacent teams required to get deals done was insane.
