They brought in an external person who knows nothing about the data management market & she has no vision or leadership skills. Her vision is to rename job titles, rename the demo system and move it to a new pod, and lay off most of the highly experienced, successful people. Morale is terrible there. Many have already left or actively interviewing. I would not recommend Informatica for presales. Their technology is old, tired, legacy and the competition (Matillion, 5Tran, DBT, etc) are beating them.
