Learned a lot, made a crap ton of money, and impressed enough people + kissed enough ass*s to ensure helpful mentoring and lots of potential career growth. BUT - that doubles as the bad - you have to kiss SOME as* despite stellar performance. There are just too many people in and out of door for leadership to truly care/want to notice if you don't. Quotas are achievable but def not a piece of cake. The ugly: no matter how much money they put into it, the ibm stack keeps falling behind due to poor execution from gtm team - stellar products go unnoticed to the point where competitive offerings take 2-3years to come out and yet customers don't even find the ibm product on the website - ultimately makes your job feel impossible no matter how good you may be. Bad history of f*cking customers over with insane YoY increases, next to negligent support teams, and highly bureaucratic processes. Need to work your ass off and no one will care if it was nighttime or pto. Browse Other Reviews
