Overall it is a good company but a lot will depend on which division you are in. There are a lot of politics but you can still move around and be successful. You won't get rich but it's a solid job and it looks good on a resume.

Base comp is great but no one hits their number. The quotas are set obnoxiously high. Products are renamed and touted as a new platform - customers aren’t buying it. Account team structure makes sales cycle unnecessarily political and complicated.
