My overall experience hasn't been great. Being part of an IBM acquisition is difficult - lots of pressure to deliver numbers to achieve IBM's ROI on the acquisition and not a ton of inclusion in conversations with customers.

OK experience . For Sales rep 70% quota achievement is expected and for sales engineers 70% of time working on POCs.

Poor. IBM has their own way of doing sales and you either get lucky with your accounts or you are well connected internally.
