While the brand name speaks for itself, the sales operations are some of the worst in the market, especially among enterprise level tech companies. There is very little focus and support from leadership on campaigning and focusing on new clients/opportunities. They just tell everyone "we need to focus on new logos" with no actionable strategy. Salespeople have to share their signings credits with the delivery team members, which discourages synergy between sales and delivery especially for current clients.
I can't speak on greater IBM, but in the world of consulting, IBM is not an ideal destination. Browse Other Reviews
