Not the best honesty. Do not waste your time if your do not look certain way. Management assigns best territories to their favorite folks and make sure they are safe and protected. And good luck to you if you are not part of the "Looking Certain Way" Club.

Terrible. People either make 800 percent of their number or 20 percent. There's basically no bell curve and 80 percent of the results you experience will be based on factors outside of your control.
