Big issues with management in some teams. AE’s are expected to make 50+ dials daily even when hitting quota… feels more like a BDR role these days

Great product great leadership opportunity to grow but there is a lack of lead flow and bad data overall to find new ops and generate pipeline

This place has the opportunity to be amazing. Great product, fun to sell, not bad CRM to work from. However, at least half of the sales org are on PIPs because the threshold is way too high and people are churning not by choice. Very volatile environment, not a very good time to be here.
