Current Employee AVOID!!!!!
SB UK is AWFUL. It’s like working in car sales and is an absolute burn and churn operation.
Out of the 100+ reps in the UK, roughly 5 per month hit quota are on a full quota and not on a ramp. This is why they have a high quota attainment as the only people hitting are still on ramp. Huge PIP culture, many fail probation or leave after 12 months because it’s awful. Feels B2C not B2B. Monthly quota almost impossible when the average business you sell to is less than 10 employees
They are not a respected logo on the CV as any decent leader in a tier 1 tech company knows it isn’t a technical sell or an enterprise grade product.
If you like the car sales man vibe, highly transactional sell and want to completely erode your mental health then by all means join - you will live to regret.
Only people being successful are those on a ramp or those who joined before the massive influx and have built a great ‘territory’ but even they are starting to struggle.
I truly mean this : avoid avoid avoid.
