The people at HubSpot are the best of the best. Always down to help others grow. If you're near a HubSpot office, I highly recommend going in a few times a week because it makes the job easier and it's a classic tech company office with the works.
The flexibility to work wherever you want and even sign off early or sign on late without needing permission is pretty great. The autonomy we get is unlike anywhere else I've been.
But, leadership's missteps due to overhiring and very-very-difficult-to-achieve-consistently monthly quotas are leading to burnout, anxiety, and lack of alignment across the Sales org. Most reps have no idea what the right thing to do is anymore and it's led to it becoming very a much "figure it out" type culture which works when the inbound leads are flowing. That's no longer a thing, and HubSpot Sales is operating in a sense of panic. Our training leaves A LOT to be desired too. Browse Other Reviews
