Isn’t what it used to be poor upper leadership (CSuite) Company still has some good perks but culture has taken a nose dive. Squeezing everyone. A lot of company noise. Senior leadership change their minds every minute, too many changes all the time.

Lots of growth opportunity at HubSpot. You can either climb the ranks as an IC, move into management, etc
