Unpredictable KPIs. Constantly changing metrics. People will do well or bad. No in between. KPIs are given halfway through the quarter.

Sweat shop, high stress, management change policies at whim, sales ops detached from ground, PIP is moving target 70%, can trigger before reaching 70% if fall between 70-100% at Manager whim.

I’ve spent over 6 years at the HubSpot, the first 5.5 were incredible, but leadership has turned over the last few years and it feels more corporate than it ever has. I loved growing up here in a sense, but the “old” HubSpot is gone.
