The company and culture have gone downhill since I started. They are very into micromanaging reps now. Took away some of our benefits such as a second "vacation quota relief". They implemented something called "comeback club" that is just extra busywork.

Inbound leads have completely dried up and heavy cold calling outbound focus. Continuing to hire more and more reps so even less inbounds and even less likelihood of finding a good fit account in your territory (reps mark 400 prospect accounts each)
