Not a place where you can succeed more than a year. Once you hit the 12 month mark, start getting your resume out there because hitting full quota every month is not realistic at all.

Changes for 2024 were not planned well. No reporting in place to support the changes to performance and compensation. Morale is down and leadership is tone deaf.

My overall experience was positive, but beware that it's a large sales org with a monthly quota even in mid market and enterprise roles. If you do well in large corporate environment, then it's worth a look. Great for your resume.
