My experience has been overall a very positive one with HubSpot. I think it has grown a lot in the last few years and as a result a lot of changes. A general mix of good and not so good changes.

HubSpot is a fairly well run organization, however there are some issues as they scale up-market. The company culture is rapidly changing to be more in line with large enterprise organizations.

I was an ISC (inbound success coach). It's the role before you become a BDR and you handle inbound chats and calls (mainly chats). It's a combination of tech support for free users, gatekeeper and prequalifying prospects and booking meetings. There is no commission - only base salary.
