Very poor experience in SMB - I can hardly send an email without my manager checking it first. Micro Management at it's finest. If you don't live in Cambridge and hang out with your boss on the weekend you will not be promoted or successful here. Very sad what this place has become.

Very disappointed and feel mislead from what I was told during the initial interview. After almost a year here, myself and numerous other reps who do not have a full quota yet, have missed. Only 30% of the fully ramped tenured reps hit at or above 100% to Q. What a shock. I believe the over hired tremendously and we are suffering.

I’ve been there for 6 months, no company is perfect, but I feel like HubSpot is as good as Corporate America gets. They genuinely try to give you a work-life balance, the comp structure has accelerators so top performers can make a lot of money, there is a lot of training and support, it’s a good product, quota feels high sometimes and maybe could be quarterly...Read More
