My experience was horrible. Every one’s is different though. Some get very lucky with fantastic managers who coach and train them to be great. There’s absolutely 0 inbound leads and when there are they are passed to the top top reps. Most people are let go or quit within a year.

Bad. Horrible leadership. Extreme micromanagement. Poor team morale. Near impossible to hit quota. No inbound leads or rarely.
