The MM segment is completely saturated with reps, there has being massive churn of reps this year because there is simply not a big enough pot for anything more than 33% of reps to hit target. Targets are unrealistically high.
Most Sales Managers often are just Professional Babysitters here, they can do very little but put you on a PIP if you are underperforming. Leadership is badly lacking in HubSpot because they have promoted sub par Sales professionals into management positions, those who "play the game" with "motivational messages" and "fake fun in the office".
