In my experience, your team will likely turn over at least a couple of times a year. PIPs and promotions are auto triggered.
In my experience, reps have low attainment but the company has continued to hire at a fast rate, so the pie becomes smaller and smaller for those who are here on a full quota. This has created a cut throat environment where reps are feeling desperate and fighting with one another.
As long as you are okay with that, it’s possible to succeed. There are still positives about the company. The product is very good. After years, I’ve made some great friends.
