Great product fit, commission structure, & stock plan. Base is way below industry average and they are overhiring reps which is leading to unequal territories.

It's all about your territory and your given "capacity" which is the accounts you're allowed to reach out to. You can slowly refine your capacity to be better fit accounts. But it's difficult. They decreased MM's inbound QL's drastically with the territory recarve in February 2023. My advice if you're new to HubSpot: ruthlessly eliminate any shitty domains/companies...Read More

Quota is very hard to achieve once you are past the ramp period. If your trailing 9 month attainment falls below 70% you are automatically put on a PIP. A lot of people are let go shortly after the 1 year mark once they are eligible for a PIP
