Great position for someone cutting their teeth in sales or someone who doesn't have many responsibilities outside work (kids, marriage, etc.) Workload is very demanding. Sales process is NOT strategic but volume-based and transactional. You are selling subscription access to a platform with paywalled features. Not a place for the sales professional who is also a working parent.

Very poor experience at hubspot the last couple of years. It was a great place to work previously. Busy work, micromanagement, and constant forecasting instead of leadership investment in development. Quotas are too high for the demand, attainment has plummeted.
