Great position for someone cutting their teeth in sales or someone who doesn't have many responsibilities outside work (kids, marriage, etc.) Workload is very demanding. Sales process is NOT strategic but volume-based and transactional. You are selling subscription access to a platform with paywalled features. Not a place for the sales professional who is also a working parent.

Amazing company, Canada is still in a learning curve with some growing pains but Hubspot is the future.

Overall experience is good. A lot of hands on training and but also a little challenging. The canadian market is tough to sell in and requires a longer sales cycle and more educational sale opposed to the US market
