Overall experience is good. A lot of hands on training and but also a little challenging. The canadian market is tough to sell in and requires a longer sales cycle and more educational sale opposed to the US market

HubSpot is a fairly well run organization, however there are some issues as they scale up-market. The company culture is rapidly changing to be more in line with large enterprise organizations.

HubSpot is an incredible company with an incredible product. I love the opportunities for growth, culture, leadership, and more. Compensation is competitive considering Small Business sells to companies with 2-25 employees.

Overall experience was okay. 10 years ago the company was probably a great place to work. Now, its saturated, tons of sales people, territories are small, and it really depends on which territory you're given. Some reps make P-club because their territory is cushy and its all inbound.
