There were some positives in my experience. The product is good and changing to fit customer needs. You get a book of business to help you get quick wins, especially as you ramp. Great company, great team culture. Great perks such as remote / hybrid / office, gym reimbursement, competitive health insurance, books. Comp base is average but total earnings is quite high, attainable.
