The company and culture have gone downhill since I started. They are very into micromanaging reps now. Took away some of our benefits such as a second "vacation quota relief". They implemented something called "comeback club" that is just extra busywork.

Perfect place to get started in a sales career. Leadership encourages you to take your unlimited PTO, don't micro-manage, and provide a clear path to AE. Bonus, everyone is just super nice and helpful, all the way across the board.
