Pro: Hubspot is a great product. Nice office and great team. Con: Unfortunately, the targets are beyond crazy and only 20% of reps are hitting a fully ramped quota. As for the other 80% who are missing- they are missing by a long shot some only hitting 30-40% of target. The culture is a big churn and burn and they fly through talent. It seems that everyone month there’s a new team member fired or who has chosen to leave . Monthly targets make it impossible to switch off ever or even take a days leave. Too much gaming the system - not a fair playing field- reps are stealing deals and accounts from each other constantly.

Be prepared to work a ton during ramp. Time management is the hardest skill to manage here. It’s feels impossible to complete all your tasks and then have brain power to expand your knowledge between the hours 9-5. I regularly work 8-6/7 and on weekends to keep up.
