Decent onboarding training & product enablement, but could've been more customer problem-focused (and how we solve for them). Great overall culture, product-market fit is there but harder to go after enterprise names.

You very rarely get inbound leads. And when you do they are rarely qualified. 99% of this role is what you prospect. If you can’t hunt here you don’t eat.

My experience started off well, but the company began setting unrealistic quota goals and hiring external managers with no product knowledge, which made the environment challenging. The only people consistently hitting targets are those with more tenure, benefiting from mentee arrangements where they receive 50% of the revenue from deals created.
