Fallen off in the last few years. When I joined, inbound flow was pretty solid. Then some folks gamed the system and effectively stole leads from everyone.

With the system the leads are assigned it is imoossible to come in as a new rep and do well. Hiring process dishonest and does not reveal the full picture. Product is great though.
