With the system the leads are assigned it is imoossible to come in as a new rep and do well. Hiring process dishonest and does not reveal the full picture. Product is great though.

It seems like leadership is seeing how fast they can fast-track reps out the door. There are no leads, it's cut-throat, and there is little to no development. HubSpot is having an identity crisis... they aren't the "fun" and culturally driven place they once were. It seems like they don't truly know who they are anymore.

Very difficult to hit full quota. Month to month performance-based, meaning that you can have a 212% attainment in June followed by a 50% attainment in July and you're on the chopping block. Inbound leads have completely dried up and heavy cold calling outbound focus. Continuing to hire more and more reps so even less inbounds and even less likelihood of finding a good fit account in your territory (reps mark 400 prospect accounts each)
