For external hires - this place is a graveyard where talented sales reps lay their abilities, skills, & self worth to rest, if you don't get out in time.
You will be gaslit. You will be overworked. You will be overrun by a small minority of tenured team members (those with 2+ years experience or more that have done shady deals to keep their position, all while protected by "leadership").
Please take the comments/reviews on this forum seriously. This is a shiny object and not worth the risk, even if you're desperate for a job. For your own mental health, desire to be a seller, and overall well-being, stay away from this organization right now.
Only 20% of team members hitting. Shady "round robin" style leads that never quite make it to your capacity. Overrun accounts where leadership would rather you burn bridges with prospective clients rather than nurture and truly build relationships.
In the end there are only PIPs, "leadership" that will blame you for all that has gone wrong (including things out of your control), and they continually find more ways to micromanage any talent that comes through.
