Reps either have to have an awesome capacity (current book of business) , split deals with new reps, get lucky with QLs being rotated to them or cheat in order to hit quota. If you just try to outbound your way to quota you’ll miss, even if you know how to cold call, write awesome emails and do good on calls. Leadership tries to make it seem like you’re not doing your job properly and doesn’t really know how to solve internal problems . They think if they have random meetings to fix the “company culture” it’ll really do something when in reality people just wanna hit quota and provide for their families. Browse Other Reviews
