Automatic PIP process for anyone that doesn't continually hit their revenue target on a rolling basis has led to some churn and is frustrating a lot of the Sales team. Lower pay on the commission than comparable companies.

When I first started HubSpot it was such an amazing place to work. Over time, the market has gone down and it's really showed the good times were actually good times because the market was so good.
