They have lost their soul a little bit. Treating SMB + MM like a call center vs sales professionals and PIPs are being handed out like candy. The product is still great, I think the intention of the leadership is still good, but they are forgoing the culture that the consistently speak of for the sake of growth at all costs. If you can get a corporate (enterprise) AE role then I would recommend that but stay far away from SMB or MM for the time,

HubSpot now resembles a hollow echo of its former glory as the supposed second-best workplace. Beneath its surface lies a toxic culture of relentless "high-performance," where top achievers and managers are relentlessly pushed beyond their limits. The toll is evident in the countless instances of burnout, layoffs, and the draining of exceptional talent and potential.

Overall, the culture is pretty incredible when it comes to sales orgs. There are some issues with GTM and the "bi-model" GTM strategy, but it's upmarket ENT expansion pains more than anything.
